Virtual Services
VIRTUAL BIRTH PACKAGE £500
Perhaps you would prefer not to have someone in your birth space and would like to have a virtual service or you are not within one hour of the SN9 postcode but would love to have me as your doula…I can still help you!

We can chat through big decisions, your midwife appointments, general pregnancy questions and much, much more. You would have me on the other end of the phone (if you want to) whilst you're giving birth and I will share in your excitement, exhaustion, rage and sometimes overwhelm in the postnatal period as well as ongoing support.

The package is similar to the Birth Package minus my physical attendance at your birth and offers a more flexible way of support as and when you need it.

Ongoing support and directing you to evidence-based information via WhatsApp (or your preferred method of communication) from the minute you book until 6 weeks postpartum. I’ll be your doula in your pocket!

Most important, discuss how I can support you on your journey
The aim, by the end of these sessions, is for you to feel excited, confident and supported ahead of the birth. It is also an opportunity for us all (me, you and your family) to get to know each other better.
1 x 2 hour postnatal planning session and breastfeeding session
This is an opportunity to think about what kind of support you will need in the postnatal period and how that can be implemented.
If you intend to breastfeed, we will discuss the importance of getting breastfeeding off to a good start and how this can be achieved, with the right support.

On call
After this session, I will be on call from 38 weeks until two weeks after your due date. But if you go in to labour before or after this on call period, I'll do my very best to be available for your birth. I will be on standby for you and you can call, message or email me at any time with any concerns or updates from your appointments with your midwife.
During labour and birth
When your waters break or you feel the first contractions, you will contact me to let me know things have kicked off.
We will remain in contact by phone and I will support you during early labour (virtually) to help you assess when is the right time to call your midwife or transfer to hospital (if this is your plan). My support will continue via video call/phone/WhatsApp as and when during labour to help you and your partner with decision making, ensuring you are fully informed throughout.
3 x 1 hour postnatal sessions
Following the birth of your baby, we will arrange 3 postnatal sessions at your convenience so I can support you virtually in the early days and weeks with your newborn. I will help you find the answers to any questions you may have, we can discuss the birth if you wish; reflecting and sharing your experience can be really beneficial and we can talk about newborn behaviour and feeding.

I will also support you via email, phone or video call throughout our time together and 6 weeks after the birth of your baby.
** All my services can be tailored to suit your individual needs, please feel free to contact me to discuss bespoke packages or hours that you feel you might need.**
Please note that this is a guide price - additional fees may apply for travel expenses should you wish your visits to be in person, depending on where you are located. Please message me for a quote.
