My mission as a doula is to do my very best to ensure that women and birthing people and their families feel supported along their journey in pregnancy, can strive for a positive and empowering birth experience and have someone to lean on in those very busy first weeks after birth. I will be there to hold your hand, listen to your hopes and guide you, offering evidence based information to support your choices.
